Maureen 'Moe' Tucker.Bobne pri Velvet Underground je začela igrati pri 19ih, ko so jo povabili v skupino, ker si jo je kitarist Sterling Morrison zapomnil kot mlajšo sestro enega njegovih prijateljev, ki je igrala bobne.
Njen stil igranja je bil nekonvencionalen. Za bobni je stala, namesto da bi sedela, saj je tako lažje dosegla pedal za bas boben, ni uporabljala navadnih palic, ampak takšne, s kakršnimi se igra na ksilofon. Činel ni imela, saj je bila mnenja, da je edina naloga bobnarja, da drži ritem in so se ji zato zdele odveč in moteče za druga glasbila.
Nekaj pesmim je dala tudi svoj vokal. Ena takšnih je After Hours, ki jo je leta 1969 napisal Lou Reed. ... Lou Reed has said of "After Hours" that it was "so innocent and pure" that he could not possibly sing it himself. ... In zapela jo je Moe:
